CELEBRATION CENTER
Your child’s birthday will be simply unforgettable in the whimsical Celebration Center. Beaming with color, your party will feel like they are at the circus under the big top. This creatively imaginative space is sure to wow your child’s friends and their parents. Museum passes are included with the space rental so you and your guests will be able to experience Kidspace to its fullest.

WISTERIA COURTYARD
The Digging Deeper Gallery is loaded with constructive and inspiring activities to keep your child and friends engaged and having fun at their birthday celebration. Learn about the anatomy and feeding habits of bugs, while seeing the world from a bug’s point of view with large-scale everyday objects. At the Kidspace Dig and Nature Exchange you can even play the part of paleontologist and uncover plant and animal fossils native to the area and trade natural items you find for special items from Kidspace. And be sure to check out the Shake Down, where your little ones can learn everything there is to know about earthquakes. This interactive gallery is sure to have something for everyone and will make sure your special one has the best time at their birthday celebration.

DIGGING DEEPER GALLERY
It is a piece of heaven in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by wisteria and desert-like greenery, your guests will forget they are anywhere near LA. Host everything from a formal cocktail reception to a casual picnic style lunch – this space is incredibly versatile. Wisteria vine blooms every spring, creating a vibrant gateway to the gardens. Your guests are welcome to wander our Arroyo inspired gardens while trying some delicious hors d’oeuvres or sipping on a signature cocktail.

CENTRAL COURTYARD
Serving as the seating area for the Nestle Café by Wolfgang Puck, catering your event in the center courtyard of Kidspace is nothing but easy. With easy access to the rest of the museum and outside areas, this is a great starting point or orientation spot for any event.

STONE HOLLOW AMPHITHEATER
Need a captive audience? Well, take advantage of our beautiful, sunny Southern California weather and host your event outside at the Kidspace Amphitheater. Close to the outdoor courtyards, guests can easily transition from one area to the next.

CLIMBING TOWERS
A fun and constructive activity for both children and adults alike. Get your guests off their feet and get them engaged in team building activities or just some plain old fun. After the 40 foot high journey, there is a beautiful panoramic view that waits at the top. The nearby courtyards and adjacent indoor spaces can be used to provide your guests with refreshments and snacks before or afterward.

GARDENS
The Kidspace gardens are currently larger than the museum itself at 2.2 acres. Designed by internationally recognized landscape artist Nancy Goslee Power, the gardens offer a variety of sensory and physical experiences for all ages. Inspired by the Arroyo Seco, your guests will discover the true beauty of the plants’ native area.
