MARGOT AND BILL WINSPEAR OPERA HOUSE
The Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House, an unparalleled setting, reinvents the conventional opera house form, inverting its closed, hierarchical structure to create a transparent, publicly welcoming series of spaces that wrap around the rich red glass drum of the performance hall. From within the Winspear Opera House, the Simmons Glass Façade provides a sweeping view of the skyscrapers of downtown Dallas that line the northern edge of the Sammons Park. With two performance chambers and an expansive lobby for special events, this versatile venue offers an array of extraordinary event options accommodating 100 to 2,300 guests.

MARGARET MCDERMOTT PERFORMANCE HALL
A 21st century reinterpretation of the traditional “horseshoe”
opera house, the Margaret McDermott Performance Hall seats
2,200, 5 levels of seating, and features flexible acoustics and
stage and orchestra pit arrangements to accommodate not
only performances of opera, musical theatre, and dance, but
also lectures, presentations, ceremonies and graduations.

NANCY B. HAMON HALL
This acoustically-sound recital hall is ideal for an array of special occasions ranging from meetings and dinners to recitals and receptions. Located on the first-level, the beautifully appointed Hamon Hall features a built-in sound system and projection system. In addition to an entrance from within Winspear Opera House, Hamon Hall has a private entrance from Sammons Park.

SHANNON & TED SKOKOS STAGE

VINCENT PROTHRO LOBBY
This soaring space welcomes guests as they first enter the Winspear Opera House. With spectacular views of Sammons Park and the Dallas skyline, the Prothro Lobby provides a unique and dramatic setting for special events.

BOX CIRCLE LANDING

DEE AND CHARLES WYLY THEATRE
The Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre is one of the world’s most innovative theatre facilities. The 10-level building features a groundbreaking design with an unprecedented “stacked,” vertically organized facility that completely rethinks the traditional form of theatre. The flexibility of the facility allows the Wyly Theatre to host a wide range of classical and experimental drama, dance and musical productions, world-renowned vocalists and dance troupes. Unique spaces throughout the many levels of the building provide a variety of dramatic areas to host special events.

POTTER ROSE PERFORMANCE HALL
The Potter Rose Performance Hall is a groundbreaking, technologically-advanced theatre space with a seating system that can be transformed to thrust, proscenium or flat floor. The unique flexibility of the flat-floor configuration allows the theatre to convert into an 8,100 square foot unobstructed event space with a unique three sided view of Dallas’ Arts District.

STUDIO THEATRE AND PATRON LOUNGE
The Patron Lounge, featuring a view of the Arts District, can accommodate a variety of smaller events, ranging from banquets to board meetings. The Studio Theatre can be opened to connect seamlessly with the Patron Lounge during events, creating a more spacious venue for larger celebrations.

WYLY THEATRE LOBBY
The bustling social centerpiece of the Wyly Theatre is it’s spectacularly appointed Lobby, which serves as a lively gathering place for patrons attending performances and an ideal pre- and post-function area for special events.

REHEARSAL HALL AND BESS & TED ENLOE TERRACE
The principal rehearsal space for the Wyly Theatre’s resident and visiting companies, the Rehearsal Hall opens onto a balcony terrace outfitted with a green turf floor, providing guests with commanding views of the Dallas skyline.

MARK AND BARBARA THOMAS LEMMON ROOFTOP TERRACE
Located outside on the top floor of the Wyly Theatre, the Lemmon Rooftop Terrace has commanding views of the Dallas skyline and is a premier entertainment option with one of Dallas’ most architecturally distinctive buildings.

ANNETTE STRAUSS SQUARE
Annette Strauss Square is Dallas’ new premier outdoor performance venue. Strauss Square hosts a variety of outdoor events ranging from concerts to theatrical and dance performances
to multi-day festivals, accommodating audiences of up to 2,400 in a serene open-air setting. Combined with Elaine D. and Charles A. Sammons Park, the space will accommodate
even thousands more, allowing for a new level of programming
which will encourage even broader community involvement.
