OVERVIEW
Griffith Observatory is an icon of Los Angeles, a national leader in public astronomy, a beloved civic gathering place, and one of southern California's most popular attractions. The Observatory is located on the southern slope of Mount Hollywood in Griffith Park, just above the Los Feliz neighborhood. It is 1,134 feet above sea level and is visible from many parts of the Los Angeles

GRIFFITH OBSERVATORY
Griffith Observatory may be made available for special events by outside organizations. Use of space at the Observatory requires a clear linkage to the Observatory's mission of public astronomy and science. Available dates are extremely limited, as the Observatory is open to the public six days a week, 10-12 hours a day.

Sparsely decorated and coolly modern--Café at the End of the Universe by Wolfgang Puck, was named in honor of Douglas Adams follow up to the cult classic “Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. The Café has an outdoor terrace with gorgeous views of Los Angeles, creating a spectacular event space for parties up to 100 people.
