OVERVIEW

Established in September of 2007, Showbox SoDo is the most recent addition to the Showbox family of venues. Located just south of the downtown business district and in very close proximity to SafeCo Field and Qwest Field, the 1,800-capacity venue features beautiful exposed brick and wood-beam architecture. The space has been recently remodeled and is ideal for large-scale functions of any kind. Outstanding production capabilities, an open floor plan, eleven flat-screen televisions and abundant nearby parking make the possibilities for events virtually endless. The 300-capacity SoDo Lounge is also available as a �stand-alone� rental venue. The space features its own stage with sound and lighting systems, as well as a full bar and ample seating. The space is ideal for listening parties, meetings, small corporate events, product launches and concerts.

SHOWBOX SODO

An endless variety of event possibilities exist in the large showroom at Showbox SoDo. This view from the main stage reveals the exposed brick and wood-beam architecture unique to the venue. The showroom is equipped with fi ve large fl atscreen monitors, making audio-visual presentations a breeze, and the open design allows unparalleled flexibility in event planning. The showroom accommodates up to 1,800 for standing receptions, 500 for seated banquets, and 650 for seated theaterstyle events.

SODO LOUNGE

Adjacent to the showroom is the Showbox SoDo Lounge, a great place for guests to begin their evening with cocktails and appetizers. The Lounge, in its default room setting, offers up to 100 seats, and may be rented for a private function when there is nothing scheduled in the showroom. Up to 300 guests can attend a private event in The Lounge, when used as a mostly standing-room space. The Lounge is fully equipped with its own small stage, sound system, stage lighting and full bar.
