• A minimum of 5–7 years of multi-unit restaurant experience in a leadership role
• At least $2.5 million of non-borrowed cash resources
• Prior multi-unit franchise experience as an owner/operator
• The resources and capability to develop and operate multiple restaurant locations within 3-5 years
• Highly motivated to operate within the demands of the Wolfgang Puck concept and operating system
• Prior real estate development experience in the territory
