Spago - Seven Course New Year's Eve Tasting Menu                                                           

Spago introduces a delicious seven-course tasting menu that will be sure to satisfy every sense. The meal begins with an amuse bouche of Duck Liver Pastrami, Rye Bread and Apple Butter. Then guests will relish in course after course of flawless dishes prepared with layers of mouth-watering flavors including Golden Oscetra Caviar with house smoked salmon, lemon herbs blini and dill crème fraîche; Ricotta Gnocchi with perigord black truffle butter, Maine lobster with parmesan reggiano; and Roasted Free Range Veal Chop with braised escarole, artichokes barigoule, wild mushrooms, sauce choron and veal jus. Guests can indulge in all seven courses for $100 per person or $160 with wine pairings.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck- New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu

CUT delivers a unique dining experience in addition to its regular menu which will offer guests a distinctive culinary journey. The tasting menu includes Kobe Beef, yuzu and garlic flowers; Terrine with cognac gelee and pickled vegetables; Scallops with caviar, champagne and chervil; Squab with beet root, arugula and pumpernickel; Veal Cheek with crisp sweetbread and porcini; and American Kobe with bone marrow and bordelaise.  The decadent tasting menu ends with Mt Tam cheese and variations of apple and a Chocolate, Caramel Ganache with sorbet and craqueline. The eight-course tasting menu is priced at $150 per person.

Trattoria del Lupo – Prix Fixe New Year’s Eve Menu

Lupo will deliver a perfectly prepared six-course meal that will create an unforgettable end to 2009. Guests will be able to enjoy tantalizing tastes such as Maine Lobster Salad with sliced fennel, cucumber, carrots and a lemon-mustard vinaigrette; Blue Prawn Risotto; or Braised Baby Veal Shank with ricotta gnocchi, natural jus and black truffle gremolata.  The prix fixe menu is priced at $78 per person.

Postrio Bar & Grill - Five-Course Prix Fixe New Year’s Eve Menu

Usher in 2010 by sharing a fantastic meal with friends and family highlighting seasonal tastes such as Puree of Celery Root and Pear Soup with black truffles or Gnocchi with Maine Lobster, confit tomatoes, asparagus and basil. Guests will be presented with a choice of two enticing entrees: Seared Diver Scallops with sunchoke puree, chanterelle mushrooms, bacon lardoons and sauce buerre rouge or Mesquite Grilled Prime Filet with Wild Mushroom-Potato Hash and sauce bordelaise. To cap off the delicious meal, Postrio tempts guests with a Decadent Chocolate Melting Cake with espresso ice cream.  The prix fixe menu is priced at $80 per person.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill - Prix Fixe New Year’s Eve Menu

Celebrate the start of a new year with fantastic food at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill. This memorable meal starts with an amuse of Miniature Smoked Salmon Pizza with dill cream, red onions and caviar. Then guests can enjoy several seasonal selections such as Puree of Wild Mushroom Soup with shaved black winter truffle; Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with horseradish crushed red potatoes, mixed baby vegetables and rosemary-red wine jus or Sautéed Loup De Mer with braised fingerling potatoes, chanterelle mushrooms, smoked bacon and leek-thyme nage. A deliciously Decadent Chocolate Melting Cake with espresso ice cream ends the meal with the perfect touch of sweetness. The prix fixe menu is priced at $70.
