Now called Postrio Bar & Grill, the award-winning restaurant features Wolfgang’s interpretation of American bar and grill food that can be enjoyed as a casual, fine dining experience.

Conveniently located within the festive St. Mark’s Square in The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, the new Postrio Bar & Grill takes advantage of its environment by creating a front row seat to all of the action and offers familiar dishes in an inviting ambiance.
The new menu is updated seasonally and offers a wide range of modern American favorites throughout lunch and dinner, with additional nightly chef selections. Always committed to using the freshest ingredients available to create incomparable tastes, Executive Chef Mark Sandoval’s menu is complete with soups, salads and small bites, wood-oven baked pizzas and calzone, handmade pastas, enticing entrees and meats and fish from the mesquite grill.
New signature dishes include the iconic, mouth-watering Prime Burger with Vermont cheddar and red onion marmalade; the ever-popular Lobster Club Sandwich with Apple Wood smoked bacon; Puck’s famed wood-oven baked pizzas including the House Made Pepperoni Pizza with Olives; Sautéed Maine Crab Cakes with tomato relish and basil aioli; Bucatini and Meat Balls with spicy tomatoes; Beer Battered Fish and Chips with tartar sauce and cole slaw; and Prime Ribeye Steak with Trumpet mushrooms and brandy mustard sauce.
The bar offerings at the new “bar and grill” are the perfect complement to Postrio’s new, casual concept. In addition to its full bar, the menu features a dynamic and distinctive list of domestic and international beers, more than 15 wines by the glass and perfectly executed classic cocktails.
Fresh off of a recent remodel, Postrio Bar & Grill offers guests a variety of settings in which to dine. The café provides diners with a panoramic view of the Carnivale atmosphere on St. Mark’s Square and a place to see and be seen. The newly remodeled dining room presents a stylish and contemporary décor with a rich color palate of chocolate brown, white plaster, rosewood and olive-green leather, perfect for a relaxing culinary experience.
