Spago - Christmas Day Menu Items – Lunch and Dinner
Spago is prepared to celebrate all day December 25 by offering guests both lunch and dinner holiday favorites. The lunch menu includes the traditional Slow Roasted Maple Glazed Ham as well as Egg Nog Crème Brulee, Vanilla Shortbread and Gingerbread Cookies for dessert. During dinner, guests can indulge in rich and flavorful dishes such as Maine Lobster Pot Pie with Maine sweet shrimp, root vegetables, button mushrooms and lobster nage or Prime Rib with bacon-yukon gold potatoes, winter vegetables, fresh horseradish and burgundy au jus.
Trattoria del Lupo - Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Lupo is set to deliver several classic holiday favorites along with some tempting new tastes with special menu items on December 24 and 25. Guest will find savory appetizers and entrees including Roasted Pumpkin Soup with Maine lobster, chervil and pumpkin seed oil or Roasted Leg of Lamb with ricotta gnocchi, artichokes and green olive-rosemary sauce in addition to decadent Egg Nog Pudding for dessert.
Postrio Bar & Grill - $49 Three-course Prix Fixe – Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Postrio Bar & Grill will be offering a three-course holiday prix fixe dinner on December 24 and 25 where guests can treat themselves to festive favorites such as Puree of Chestnut Soup with black truffle pistou and fingerling potato crisp or Veal Osso Bucco with creamy polenta, roasted root vegetables, herb gremolata and natural jus. Also available to tempt the palate is a Chocolate Chestnut Buche de Noel with espresso ice cream.
Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill - $55 Three-course Prix Fixe Menu – Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill will offer a three-course prix fixe dinner December 24 and 25 from 4 p.m. to midnight. Guests will begin their meal with seasonal selections such as Roasted Cauliflower Soup with black pepper crème fraiche or Fuji Apple Salad with golden raisins baby frisee, parmesan reggiano and sherry vinaigrette. Next, they will be enticed by a variety of delicious entrees including Goat Cheese Stuffed Free-Range Chicken Breast with yukon gold potato puree and rosemary jus or Almond Crusted Salmon with horseradish potato puree, winter vegetables and red wine sauce. Making sure to include some seasonal essentials, the dinner ends with Chocolate and Chestnut Buche de Noel with eggnog ice cream.
