- 1 1 1cup CUP_USVolumePeanut, light sesame, or olive oil
- 1/4 .25 .25cup CUP_USVolumeDried red chili flakes
- In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Stir in the chili pepper flakes and remove from the heat.
- When the oil has cooled to room temperature, transfer it to an airtight glass container. Store at cool room temperature and use as needed.
