CRANBERRY RELISH WITH GRAPE JUICE
- 2 2 2cups CUP_USVolumeFresh cranberries
- 1/2 .5 .5cup CUP_USVolumeSugar
- 1/2 .5 .5cup CUP_USVolumeUnsweetened grape juice
- In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is thick and the berries are glazed. Allow to cool. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until needed.
ABOUT THIS RECIPE
This relish was created specifically for my Savory Squash Soup (see separate recipe). But itís a sweet sauce thatís also perfect for use with desserts.
