FRESH HERB VINAIGRETTE
- 3 3 3tablespoons TABLESPOON_USVolumeFinely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 1 1teaspoon TEASPOON_USVolumeFinely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 .25 .25cup CUP_USVolumeMinced chives
- 1 1 1tablespoon TABLESPOON_USVolumeMinced garlic
- 1/4 .25 .25cup CUP_USVolumeSherry vinegar
- 1/2 .5 .5cup CUP_USVolumeExtra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Put chopped herbs in a medium bowl and add garlic and vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper, whisk in olive oil until ingredients are combined.
- Set aside until ready to use.
