MARINATED ARTICHOKE SALAD Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 12 12artichoke hearts
- 1/4 .25 .25cup CUP_USVolumeshallots, chopped
- 1/2 .50 .50cup CUP_USVolumeolive oil
- 3 3 3tablespoons TABLESPOON_USVolumesherry vinegar
- 2 2 2teaspoons TEASPOON_USVolumefresh thyme, chopped
- 2 2 2teaspoons TEASPOON_USVolumeparsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for Marinated Artichoke Salad Recipe
- Cook artichoke hearts in salted water. When tender, allow to cool.
- Mix olive oil, sherry vinegar, chopped shallots, chopped thyme, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper.
- Marinate artichokes in mixture for several hours.
