Our open exhibition kitchen lets you be a part of the action and watch as your pizzas are cooked to perfection in our wood fire oven. Enjoy innovative Italian-inspired dishes and of course, the master chef’s famed signature pizzas. The PB menu features almost two dozen handcrafted pizzas, pastas, salads, soups, appetizers and more. Many of our items are made in house and wherever possible our ingredients are sourced from the finest local and regional purveyors.
