Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck has teamed with The Ritz-Carlton and esteemed hospitality designer Tony Chi to create his newest Spago located in the Vail/Beaver Creek ski resort. This spectacular, mountain setting coupled with Chi’s stunning design provides the perfect environment for a truly unique Spago restaurant. The 120-seat restaurant captures the essence of the surrounding mountain landscape while weaving rustic and modern elements to produce an elegant restaurant with a touch of the pioneering spirit of the American West. An exhibition kitchen provides a dynamic staging area for the culinary team while offering guests an up close and personal experience of the celebrity chef’s kitchen, with culinary masterpieces created right before their eyes. A hip and sophisticated 37-seat bar and lounge is the ideal place to see and be seen and to grab an après-ski cocktail.

A Tribute to the Legacy of Robert Mondavi

On December 10, join Wolfgang Puck at Spago at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch for an extraordinary evening of great food, wine and friends as he pays tribute to the legacy of iconic American vintner Robert Mondavi. The five-course wine pairing dinner is priced at $195 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and 10% of the proceeds will benefit First Descents, a local, non-profit organization that provides an incredible outdoor experience for young adults with cancer.
