Additionally, noted food critic John Mariani awarded CUT “Restaurant of the Year” in Esquire magazine’s November 2006 issue. In 2007, CUT was nominated for "Best New Restaurant" by the James Beard Foundation, considered one of the highest marks of distinction within the culinary community. CUT is the recipient of one star in the prestigious Michelin Guide, Los Angeles edition.
Widely acknowledged for its remarkable art collections, CUT is proud to introduce its latest collection from renowned artist John Baldessari. Entitled "W/Studio 54 Series," the installation of the nine pieces coincided with the debut of Baldessari's newest exhibit at LACMA (www.lacma.org).

This award-winning restaurant within a landmark establishment in the heart of Beverly Hills is the perfect place for weddings, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners and morning-after brunches. CUT, and the adjacent modern lounge sidebar, can both be reserved for private events up to 250 guests.
Our new signature snack menu features The “BLT” with Apple Wood Smoked Pork Belly & Asian Pear, Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Red Wine Braised Oxtail and The sidebar Sundae with Bacon & Bourbon and Salted Caramel.
Stop by after work Monday - Friday from 5 pm - 7 pm for a little Hocus Pocus or Pepino's Revenge with a side of Dry Age New York Skewers and Hand Cut French Fries with Bearnaise. 5 pm can't get her fast enough!
