OVERVIEW
Created by one of the country’s renowned and respected culinary greats, Jai by Wolfgang Puck provides San Diego with a world-class dining experience that fuses rich Asian tradition and flavor with contemporary culinary trends. The name Jai (pronounced “Jay”) both draws on the Thai word for “heart” and references the Chinese good luck dish. Located on UCSD’s Campus Next to the La Jolla Playhouse If using GPS navigation: search for La Jolla Playhouse. Our address is technically UCSD’s and they filter the mail, so if someone puts our address into their GPS in can put them on the opposite side of Campus.

Turn Right on Reveille College Drive
Note: Remember parking stall number. Pay station across parking lot. Enter stall number and pay $2 (Accepts cash or card) Continue on walkway - JAI is on the other side of the mirrored walls.

Jai is ideal for small, intimate dinner parties of 10-20 in our private room or 10-50 on our patio on performance nights. We welcome private events on days/evenings the Playhouse is dark, seating up to 100 or receptions up to 150.
