The Asian-influenced menu features locally produced, in-season ingredients carefully selected from Twin Cities-area purveyors. With these local influences, the menu blends authentic Asian spices, Thai basil, ginger, scallions, Kobe beef, and imported ingredients such as Meaux mustard, white asparagus from Austria, and yuzu to create unique dishes.
Award-winning Pastry Chef Sherri Yard has created a signature dessert, Spoon, Cube & Cherry, inspired by the popular fountain sculpture Spoonbridge and Cherry in the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. The dessert’s ingredients are: Bittersweet Chocolate Cream, German Chocolate Cake and Sour Cherry Sauce. |
