An experience at Chinois is a virtual tour of the Orient and the exquisite sites, flavors and fragrances of its cuisine. Chefs Luis Diaz and Rene Malta present a menu based on the treasures of the Far East and translated them into a modern culinary palate of bold and exciting flavors. The menu, served “family style,” is perfectly designed for sharing and includes dishes that have now become Chinois “Classics” such as the Whole Sizzling Catfish with Ponzu Dipping Sauce, the Shanghai Lobster, Wolfgang Puck’s Famous Chinois Chicken Salad and Mongolian Lamb with Cilantro-Mint Vinaigrette. Market specials and homemade desserts change with the seasons and are offered everyday.
