CUT’s menu offers a contemporary twist on the classic steakhouse. Like the architecture, the menu is anything but traditional and offers an array of entrees such as the signature Kobe Beef Short Ribs with Indian Spices and the Prime Illinois Corn Fed 21-Day Aged Bone-in Rib Eye Steak. Seafood dishes include the Lobster & Crab “Louis” Cocktail with Spicy Tomato-Horseradish and Roasted Wild French Turbot “French Riviera” Style for two.

To complement the menu, the sommelier carefully crafted an extensive wine list composed of distinctive wines from around the world.

Located across the lobby from CUT is sidebar, a magnificent ultra lounge showcasing exclusive custom cocktails combined with classic drinks. sidebar features a smaller CUT menu entitled "Rough CUTs," which also can be enjoyed late-night. The lounge has an embedded flat panel television and an iPod sound system.
