Chef Cameron Lewark presents a fusion of Hawaiian and California cuisine, embracing the tradition of the Islands culinary techniques. This inspired menu offers Wolfgang Puck's classics and many locally inspired dishes including the Hana Hearts of Palm Salad, Hawaiian Style Ceviche of Opakapaka, Pan-Roasted Uku with Lobster Sauce Americaine and Hawaii’s best Caramelized Pork Chop with Lomi Lomi Tomatoes. A wonderful children’s menu is available nightly to make the dining experience satisfying for the entire family.
