The menu at Wolfgang Puck American Grille reflects Chef Puck’s signature comfort food. The more casual tavern features salads, sandwiches, steaks, seafood, pasta and Wolfgang’s signature pizzas from the wood-burning oven. Popular selections include Truffled Potato Chips with maytag blue cheese and chives; Smoked Salmon Pizza with dill crème fraiche and caviar; and the Grilled Prime Burger with smoked red onion marmalade and white cheddar. The more formal dining room features a variety of fresh innovative dishes including the Crab and Lobster Cocktail with avocado, horseradish flan, baby greens, and tomato glaze; Spring Asparagus Risotto with sweet gulf shrimp, garlic, basil, and Italian Parsley; and the New York Strip Steak with crushed tuscan potatoes and an armagnac-peppercorn sauce.
